This Privacy Statement is an integral part of our website ("site") and the services offered to you and cannot, in any way, be separated from the Terms and conditions. This Privacy Policy may be modified at any time without any notice. Please review this document each time you visit us.

The terms "we", "us", "our" and "site" refer to www.elitedubaiapartments.com/ Super Elite Real Estate Broker. The term "you" and “your” refers to the guests visiting the Website and/or booking a reservation through us on this Website, or through our guest relation agents.

In order to process your booking and to ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, passport details etc. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are in place to protect your information.

When you register yourself with us you need to provide your full name, address, telephone number, fax number, email address, a unique login name, password, and password validation. This information is collected on the registration form for several reasons including: (1) personal identification; (2) to complete reservations; (3) to allow us to contact you for customer service, if necessary and (4) to customize the content of our website to meet your specific needs. We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established members will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals etc. In addition, your email address is collected to send you an email message confirming your new member registration and each reservation you transact online.

When you request a reservation through our website after login to your control panel, we ask you to provide personally identifiable information by filling out and submitting an online reservation request form. This information includes your name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, contact number, email address and a scan copy of your passport. As part of the payment policies, you need to provide your credit card number, expiration date, billing address etc. We use this information to process and book your reservation and to notify you of your reservation status by email or fax. We also ask you for personally identifiable information about other people for whom you are booking reservations and who are included in the reserved group.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information: If a user's personally identifiable information (such as telephone, email or postal address) changes or if a user no longer desires our service, we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate user's personally identifiable information. Users can change their personal information on the user’s account page of our website. Users can also email us or contact us by telephone or postal mail at the contact information listed below or to delete/deactivate the account.

 

The information may be provided to security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, or as required by UAE law. We will not, however, pass any information onto any person who is not responsible for any part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give to us such as details of disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may be required by law to disclose information you have provided in obtaining our travel products or services. We may also disclose information against someone who poses a threat to our interests (such as customer fraud) or whose activities could bring harm to others. We will never reveal your personal information to any third party or entity accepts under the following circumstances, or as explained below:

  • If a governmental agency, or an attorney, subpoenas your private information, or makes a formal request for discovery pursuant to any legal action, or pending legal action.

We may require sufficient information from you for every purchase of product or service from us, so that we can complete the transaction. Such information could include a credit card number and related account and billing information, invoice related information, and other data required for processing the order. We will also update such data should you grant us permission to bill you or your credit card for recurring charges, such as monthly or other types of periodic payments. All information of this nature is maintained by us in a secure database and transmitted across the Internet from you to us using secured transmission encryption.

We encourage parents and guardians to participate in and be aware of their children's use of the internet and other electronic media. No information should be provided to us, or any person or company, by children under the age of majority in their country, state and/or other community without the consent of the parent or guardian.

For the session ID cookie, once you close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. A persistent cookie is a small text file stored on your hard drive for an extended period of time. In order to seek out and repair functionality issues with our servers and related programming, we may use you email and IP addresses for evaluation and diagnostic purposes. We may also use your email and IP address to automatically recognize you when you contact us or use our tools and services. Groups of email and IP addresses are also gathered so that we may have broad demographic information.

Security: When our reservation form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and expiry), those information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry -Secure Socket Layer (SSL). While on a secure page, such as our payment form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Firefox, Safari, Opera and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just surfing. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment, in a locked facility.
